On this project I was asked to design a turnkey product ready to be mass produced. I designed the clutch lever to the specifications of the client and then created CNC programs and manufacturing tooling to produce clutch levers at a rate of 200 per day.
Since the success of this project, the client has a variety of machined components and machining equipment they have added to their business.
